
Design & Event Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
This is where you work with precision:
·Visual design & brand consistency: Create and manage visual assets across channels (brochures, presentations, social media, landing pages, email templates, trade fair materials) while ensuring a consistent brand look and feel.
·Design system & asset library: Build, maintain, and continuously improve a visual design system and a structured brand asset library.
·Trade fair & event management (end-to-end): Plan and execute national/international trade fairs, distributor summits, and industry events—including stand design, logistics, shipping, on-site coordination, supplier management, and budgets/timelines.
·Event marketing & sales enablement content: Produce event-specific and sales materials (decks, product sheets, signage, one-pagers) and support the wider content calendar (social, blog, email, campaign assets).
·Performance tracking & cross-functional collaboration: Define and track KPIs (leads, reach, engagement), report results, drive optimizations, and work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, partners, and vendors—leveraging AI tools to speed up workflows.
These skills will make you a great addition to our team:
· several years of experience in a design, event marketing, or integrated marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment (tech, SaaS, IoT, industrial, or supply chain)
· Strong graphic design skills with hands-on proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, or equivalent
· Proven experience planning and executing trade fairs, industry conferences, or partner events end-to-end
·Strong project management and organisational skills — ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving, lean team
· Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken) and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative
